2. Scope and quotations
The written quotation defines deliverables, exclusions, cost, timeline and revisions. Additional requests may require a new quote, payment and schedule.
3. Payments and third-party costs
Payment method, currency and schedule must be confirmed in writing. Domain, hosting, advertising spend, plugins, licences, payment gateways and other third-party fees are separate unless explicitly included.
4. Client responsibilities

5. Prohibited projects

Search and advertising performance varies. Velkii does not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, sales, advertising approval, account reinstatement or uninterrupted access to any third-party platform.
7. Intellectual property
Each party retains pre-existing materials. Ownership or licences for custom work are defined in the quotation and take effect after applicable fees are paid. Third-party assets remain under their own licences.
8. Delivery and revisions
Included revisions and milestones are stated in the quotation. Client delays, changed requirements or third-party issues may extend delivery.
9. Cancellation and refunds
Eligibility depends on work completed, delivered milestones and committed third-party costs. Completed work and non-refundable charges may be deducted from any eligible refund.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Velkii is not responsible for indirect loss, lost profit, third-party outages, platform enforcement, client-supplied content or unauthorized access outside reasonable control.
11. Independent status
Velkii is an independent web-development provider. It is not an official Velki, Velki Live, Google, Meta, Microsoft, Apple or other third-party support service.
